Returns Policy

If you need a refund, shipping charges to be levied on products which you want to return.

Products are eligible for an exchange only ONCE

There are no returns on custom print, embroidery, and promotional products orders. All sales are final. This includes, but is not limited to deposits on custom print, embroidery, or promotional product orders.

If you have purchased a branded piece of apparel the following policy is in effect:

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The branded product must arrive back to us in this condition.

To complete your return, we require a proof of unboxing.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied in the form of store points within 10-15 business days.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 12 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customer@blamblack.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
